Rosie Hartwell is Miss Arlington 2023. She won the title with a broadway tap dance routine and a social initiative of increasing financial literacy rates in children and adults. Rosie knows how empowering financial education is and how it helps build a more secure future. She spreads this message by teaching personal finance classes and will advocate for this initiative when she competes for the title of Miss Virginia in the summer of 2023.
Rosie's hometown is Alexandria, Virginia and she attended the University of Virginia. Her Bachelor's degree in Media Studies and minor in Government was awarded in 2019. Rosie has interned for Fox News, the House of Representatives, and the White House. She now works full time as a government consultant. In her free time, she teaches tap dance and practices her golf swing.
