Volunteer, advocate for children with cleft conditions, dancer, and lover of all things pink, Cassidy Lee is an Operation Smile enthusiast working to improve Virginia and the world one smile at a time.
From performing in over thirty benefit shows to standing on a stepstool behind a surgeon’s shoulder, watching a child’s smile and life be transformed, Cassidy’s passion and genuine love grows every day. With the motto "The Impact of One, Changes the Lives of Many”, she has continued her support for the organization by traveling to South America on an Operation Smile medical mission, founding an Operation Smile club at her school, conducting toy and toothbrush drives, participating in Operation Smiles “Cycle for Smiles, establishing a smile fund, along with attending and speaking at an international student leadership conference. Moving forward she will be working to establish more student run clubs across the state, publicize her children’s book “Smile Upon a Star” and other exciting projects. Cassidy is dedicated to addressing Operation Smile’s needs for funds, accumulating needed resources, and promoting awareness of the organizations continuous to deliver ongoing care for their patients. With a dream to attend Princeton and pursue a career in news broadcasting, Cassidy dedicates her free time to being a determined student along with participating in other volunteering outlets such as Meals on Wheels and The Salvation Army. She adores helping others and giving back to the community. Cassidy is ecstatic and honored to represent the Miss Arlington Organization and be a local title holder for the Miss America’s Teen organization!
