Positive Experience: Our board is made up of all former titleholders from the Miss America Opportunity. We choose to volunteer our time back to the program as we realized and benefitted from the opportunities and experiences during and after competing. We made lifelong friendships and developed crucial life skills. We work tirelessly to ensure you accomplish what you set out to achieve within the organization and that you grow as a titleholder and young woman.
Support & Guidance: Our board prides itself on the personalized, hands-on support we provide to each of our titleholders. As volunteers of this organization, we dedicate significant time, effort, and funds to ensure your success within the program. As all board members are former participants in the program, we bring a vast range of knowledge and expertise from our past experiences as well as from those within our networks who also contribute to our program.
Scholarships & Entry Fees: Each Miss wins a scholarship and each Teen wins their state registration fee. Through our various sponsors, donors, and fundraising efforts, we always look for opportunities to help offset additional costs that our titleholders incur from the state and national organizations and also support you in your personal fundraising efforts.
Sponsors: We have several incredibly generous sponsors, and sponsorships are a privilege - not an entitlement. Please note that not all sponsors apply to each title or age category. We will clearly outline which sponsors are available for each titleholder to leverage and what the sponsorship entails. Sponsored goods and services may be available to you free of charge or at a discounted rate.
Wardrobe Rentals: We have several wardrobe pieces and accessories available for you to borrow that have generously been donated to us from past titleholders or purchased by the board out of our own pockets. These should serve as complimentary to your wardrobe as needed, and should not be leveraged as your primary option to fulfill your wardrobe needs as it is shared amongst all organization titleholders.
